Appliances & Water Heater
Many different factors can affect the operation of appliances and water heaters. We can troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance to keep everything running smooth.
Heating & AC
The most used items in your RV. It is important to maintain both units for optimal operation. Cleaning the interior of the furnace and burner. Regular cleaning of AC filters, evaporator and condenser fins will keep you cool all summer.
Trailer Brakes & Bearings
The most over looked part of the trailer. Manufacturers recommend yearly or 12k miles bearings, brakes and hardware inspections. We adjust brakes as part of the service.
Plumbing & Fixtures
Water pump not working? Cracked line or fixture from some freeze damage? We can help get the water flowing again.
Electric 120v & 12v
There are 2 main electrical systems on a coach, 120 volt (shore power) and 12 volt (house batteries). We can troubleshoot and repair problems with either system. We can also explain and show the differences.
Vents & Awnings
Roof vents getting brittle or cracking? Hail decide to punch a couple of holes? Awning drying out and staring to tear? We can help.
Orientation & Training
Just purchase a “new to you” RV? We can come to you and explain operation and maintenance of your systems to help you become familiar with your new toy and enjoy the experience.
Winterize & De-Winterize
It is important to properly winterize your investment, do not take a chance with just blowing the system out. Install RV antifreeze (which is nontoxic) to protect it from Colorado winters.
Propane Systems
Stove have a weak flame? Furnace not getting as warm as it used to? A propane test should be performed regularly to insure proper operation of the regulator and safety of the system.
Slide Out Systems
It is important to properly maintain your seals. Use proper lubricant on the slide out gears and rails and keep proper fluid levels in the hydraulic slides. We can help.
Other Maintenance
Your roof should be cleaned a couple of times a year with non-petroleum based products , all seals inspected and resealed if needed.
